What is Paying4?

Paying4 is a service provided by 4 Alliance Ltd. that facilitates secure payments for goods and services from small and medium local businesses. This service was developed as a way to help businesses take online or remote payments without relying on expensive high & commission-based third-party apps like Uber, Just Eat or Deliveroo who can charge up to 35% of an order’s value in commission.

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account will ensure faster checkout for any order created on our platform. You'll be able to save contact details that will be automatically filled into the checkout page. You'll also be able to change any details as needed.

What personal information is collected?

We collect basic details such as your full name, address, phone number, email, and order details. This information is used solely to process transactions and improve your experience.

How do I manage cookies or opt out of marketing?

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of marketing emails, click the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contact us at help@paying4.com.

What if I need a refund?

Refunds must be requested by the merchant. If a refund is issued, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

How do I make a payment?

There are 3 main wats to make a payment:

Pay by Paycode - you contact the merchant business to make an order, they create a payment request and share with you a paycode. You navigate the Paycode and proceed to checkout.

Pay by phone number - you can pay for any pending transaction by entering your phone number, therefore, you can pay for more than one order using this method. The system stores orders linked to your contact number, to facilitate easier order location in case a paycode is lost. This will also ensure you can checkout.

Pay By Vendor ID (no contact with the business is required for this payment method)- Some businesses may share their vendor ID to regular customers who order something that is regular or has a listed price (-/+ delivery) for example to reduce the need for phone calls. You can create a completely custom payment by choosing the amount you'd like to send and the reason. Once paid the merchant will be notified to process your order. If the merchant is unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you'll be notified by email or the merchant might contact you to discuss the order. You'd be issued a refund as appropriate.

Are my payment details safe?

Yes. We do not store your credit card or bank details. Payment information is processed directly through secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, and Wonderful Payments) using HTTPS encryption.

How long is my data stored?

Your personal data is retained for 2 years from your last login. After that period, your data is securely deleted.

Who processes my payment?

Payments are handled by our trusted third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, and Wonderful Payments). We only receive a confirmation once your payment is completed.

How can I contact customer support?

Please remember that we are a payment facilitator, any complaint or queries about any specific orders must be made via the selling merchant. For any questions or concerns especially regarding payment process or card issues, email us at help@paying4.com and quote your order number (if applicable). We endeavor to respond within 24 hours.
